As a supporter of local business with a strong committment to community, the Skills Centre is here to help with all your recruitment and retention needs as well as providing you with current information on any funding available for hiring or training.

Here are a few of the things we can help you with:

• Free Job Postings: you will be able to post a job on our site (see the left-hand navigation pane), either on your own or simply call us and we'll take care of it for you!  This is a FREE service helping  to connect you with local job seekers. 

• Creating Job Postings: we can also help craft your job ad in order to attract the right candidates.

• Provide Information on Funding Programs: we provide Wage Subsidies to eligible candidates, and we coordinate a Targeted Skills Shortage program where you may be able to obtain training funding for your eligible employees.

• Other Services: if nothing here suits your needs, we also provide a paid service where we collect your resumes, screen them, and help with the interview process, plus a host of other services around recruitment & retention.
