In order to achieve our vision of an inclusive and healthy community that balances social and economic development, the Skills Centre delivers many diverse programs and initiatives. From the Kootenay Wage Subsidy where we assist employees with on-site training and employers with wages, to managing the Teck Learning Centre, the Skills Centre provides opportunities for individuals to learn and grow.
